I once came running home from school excited to tell my mother that the entire class was on their way for a barbeque. That was kindergarten, the very first party I planned, a passion that has endured for many years.

Throughout my life, whenever there was a homecoming or family birthday, for me, it became a good excuse for a party. Now as a professional event planner, I get that same thrill every time I help my clients celebrate the milestones and people who are important to them.

From choosing a venue to making menu selections, I work with you every step along the planning path so that the details reflect the emotion and ambiance you desire. Whether your event is simple or elaborate, whether celebrating those with a lifetime ahead of them or those who have shared a lifetime together, it is your opportunity to celebrate with family, friends and colleagues — and it is my job to turn your vision into reality.

Whether your event calls for black ties or the purest of whites, casual cocktails or a picnic in the park, Aya is committed to planning and designing fabulous occasions that you and your guests will remember forever.

Marrying her passion for travel with her love of logistics, she has been fortunate enough to work all over the United States and across Europe. She has curated elegant soirees for Paris Fashion week, devised a buzzing Mardi Gras ball in New Orleans, created countless affairs to remember in New York City, and everything in-between.

It is Aya’s discerning eye for detail, creative sensibilities and artistic background that sets her apart. A graduate of the Pratt Institute of Design, her award-winning work has been published in countless magazines, blogs, books and websites. Aya’s passion for punctuality and organization nearly surpasses her affection for design. Her flair for color, content, and form combined with her commitment to swift coordination and effective management make every event she plans seamless and truly special.

Aya fancies herself a dream-weaver; whatever you can imagine, she will strive to make it a reality. She has made it snow in the middle of July, brought Boyz II Men in for a surprise performance, and stationed a camel in the middle of downtown Boston. If you can envision it, Aya can create it. She is committed to making each event particular and personal; it is your event, and it should feel that way.

An avid animal lover, Aya volunteers at Angell Memorial MSPCA when she is not loving life with her architect husband and adorable daughter.

When I see the groom’s face light up the first time he sees his bride, or when the bride cry’s tears of joy after we reveal the ballroom to her, there are truly no words to describe how gratifying it is. It makes it impossible to not love what I do when I am constantly surrounded by such an immense amount of love and happiness.

My passion for special events began in 2013 while working at The Misquamicut Club in Westerly, RI. The following year I assisted in the planning of several weddings each weekend at The Saphire Event Group which then led to my internship in corporate events and destination management at FM&A Events. Working closely with Jodi and her clients since May 2015, I have had the opportunity to see first-hand what makes event planning so rewarding; being part of one of the most important days in someone’s life.

Tahleen is a recent graduate from The Isenberg School of Management at The University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and two minors in Resource Economics and Psychology.

My love for the event industry came from being born into a big family where we were always celebrating someone or something. Whether it was a birthday or a wedding, I was the first to step in and help make it happen. Drawn to all the small details that make each event a unique, personalized experience, it’s not surprising that I would choose a career in event planning.  I am so lucky to have joined this extraordinary team full of inspirational women with whom I can learn and grow.

Samantha is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in hospitality management. She joins the JRE team with experience from multiple positions in the event and marketing industries having traveled the country with her husband in the military   Six years and two sweet boys later, she is so happy to be back in the Boston area.

I fell in love with wedding planning at age 16 from the bench of a church piano. I watched and heard how every song I played influenced the tenor and emotion of a wedding ceremony, how each note creates the perfect melody, every design detail affects the personality and ambiance of this special day. Though my sightline has changed as a planner, I still listen for those first few bars of music and look for the excitement painted on the bride’s face as she takes her first steps down the aisle.
