I have worked with Nicolette for many years in her role as a Catering Service Manager at The InterContinental Hotel in Boston. From our very first event together, I knew she was extraordinary; creative and insightful with a well-deserved reputation for high-touch service. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in hospitality, Nicolette worked in event planning at several hotels in and around the Boston area. Her last position was at the InterContinental Hotel Boston as a Senior Catering Sales Manager. In that role, Nicolette managed all of the hotel’s weddings, social events, and fundraisers.
Nicolette grew up in the Boston suburbs. She is well versed in the city’s food, history, and culture.
