Coordinating Your Dream Day
At Jodi Raphael Events, our day-of wedding coordinators will manage all the wedding plans you’ve organized, helping take the stress out of executing all the logistics.
We meet with you a month in advance so we can go over all the details, get confirmation from every vendor, and schedule & coordinate your day-of timeline. When the big day arrives, our expert staff will remain on-site from the initial set up until the very last dance.
We’ll coordinate the arrival times of the lighting designer, caterer, band, florist, hair and make-up team, limousine, and whatever else you’ve lined up. At the end of the evening, we’re there to pack-up and take care of any final details as you head to your honeymoon with your new life partner.
