Each and every experience through the pandemic has been unique. Everyone has been affected worldwide. It’s been a challenge to navigate through the new normal. When it comes to weddings and events, having a guide to assist in bringing your vision to life is key.

Lorena and Chris
Our beautiful couple!

On July 7th, 2020, the governor of Massachusetts announced phase three of the reopening plan, declaring phase four impossible without a vaccine. There have since been changes and there will continue to be updates especially regarding live events. This day was a turning point for so many who were holding on hope that they could celebrate their weddings and events as close to their original plan as possible.

Winston's Roses
Winston’s transformed the yard with thousands of red roses.

We connected with a couple who had been planning their wedding for over a year at an indoor venue in downtown Boston. They had already lowered their expected guest count from (160) guests to (50), believing that the phases would keep moving forward. July 7th was a major turning point for them, debunking their original plan. When we met on zoom, we assured them that we could definitely plan a beautiful wedding by August 1st, 2020!

Flip Flops
Every guest received a pair of flip flops in a red organza bag, individually labeled, under each table.

They soon put their faith in us. We worked through a few potential venue options in Boston to try and keep that part of their dream alive. However, it was still to early in interpreting what the new phase meant and there was no viable venue options.

Dessert Table
Georgetown Cupcakes were the favors, with a monogram logo on top and a custom sticker to seal the box.

Luckily, the couple had a home in Hull that had space outside. The next two weeks were a whirlwind. We transformed their vision from a downtown ballroom to a beach house backyard wedding while doing everything we could to maintain elements from their original vision.

Charger with Custom Menu
Every menu was personalized. Amuse-bouche cards were provided with the reception options. La Bonne Maison provided culinary perfection with a duet of filet and lobster cake. Bringing an elegant culinary experience to all of the guests.

We have to say, two weeks is the fastest we’ve ever planned any event! With the help of our trusted partners, we were able to make their wedding dreams a reality.

Tree Lighting
Event Illuminations provided lighting to transform the trees and yard into a cozy, intimate setting.

With (40) guests, we were able to truly make all of the weddings details special.

Jodi and Nicolette pulled these details together for us in just 2 weeks! They secured tents, lighting, catering, the rehearsal restaurant, hotel accommodation in Boston and all the details for the ceremony and reception. It decreased our stress immensely and honestly, I believe the event turned out better than if we had stuck to our original plan. We will be forever grateful for their impeccable work. Our guests were beyond themselves with how beautiful and awesome the wedding was!         — Lorena and Chris

Chris and Limo
Old Town Trolley transported guests from Boston to Hull. The bride and groom left in a white limousine to head to their honeymoon in St. Lucia!
